YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you seeking a declaratory judgment, to reestablish a mortgage, to reform a mortgage and to foreclose a mortgage against the following property located in Pasco County, Florida:
Tract 719 of the unrecorded plat of Parkwood Acres Subdivision, Unit Five, being further described as follows: commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, go thence North 89 degrees 02 minutes 55 seconds West, along the north line of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 2201.23 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence North 89 degrees 02 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence South 01 degree 05 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 02 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence North 01 degree 05 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiff's Attorney, Katherine Koener, Esquire, whose address is Awerbach | Cohn, 28100 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
