NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019, and entered in 2018CA001432CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SNTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 11210 NOME LAND TRUST DATED APRIL 2016; STEVEN TAYLOR; TIFFANY TAYLOR; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION ; NANCY SPRAGUE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 09, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
