NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002895 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Plaintiff and DANIEL GALLICHIO; et al., are Defendant(s). The Clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on September 5, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 199, RIVER RIDGE COUNTY CLUB, PHASE 4A & 4B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 55 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
