NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2019 entered in Case No. 18-CA-000966 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-10, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-10 is the Plaintiff and Leonard J. Salvatore a/k/a Leonard Joseph Salvatore a/k/a Leonard Salvatore; Joy Salvatore; SNTR LLC, as Trustee under the 421 Henry Land Trust dated this 28, day of December, 2016; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 421 Henry Land Trust dated this 28, day of December, 2016 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 5, UNIT 2, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 44 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
