NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-006659, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; SHARI ALBRITTON; SKLAR TOMMY ALBRITTON; SANDRA ALBRITTON COOPER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTY R. ALBRITTON A/K/A BETTY ALBRITTON; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
