NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered May 23, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated entered January 31, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-005713 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF NORMAN J. WOOD, DECEASED, THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF NORMAN J. WOOD, DECEASED, FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC. are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 27, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, THE WINDS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 12, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Commonly referred to as 802 Windsor Circle, Brandon, FL.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
