NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004478 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and David Ellis Schmidt a/k/a David E. Schmidt a/k/a David Schmidt are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN PARCEL A, FOX RUN PLATTED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
