NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30th 2019, and entered in 17-CA-005362 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY HOGAN; PADRIG HOGAN; MILAN TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 11346, DATED JANUARY 14, 2014; WESTCHESTER OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
