NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-001040 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2005-7, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and Cletus Schroeder; 2411 W. Horatio Street #535 LLC a/k/a 2411 W. Horatio Street #535, LLC, Daniel H. Kim, Member; The Madison at Soho II Condominium Association, Inc.; Capital One, National Association, successor by merger to ING Bank, FSB; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 535, THE MADISON AT SOHO II CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 30, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14543, PAGE 341, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
