NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-005986-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC3, is the Plaintiff and RANDY MELLOR; and BENT TREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2019 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
