NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1st, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-003941-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R2, is Plaintiff and PHILIP J. MATONTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP J. MATONTE; MICHAEL WLLIAMS & ASSOCIATES, INC. et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of AUGUST 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
