You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit/Lot No. 448 of BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to the Declaration of Master Form Proprietary Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 7496, Pages 437 through 454, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto (the “Master Agreement”).
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number
448 issued by the Cooperative to Mary Nesbitt and Judith Sliney, as Joint Tenants with rights of survivorship, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of
ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is Lot 448, 18675 U.S. Highway 19 N., Lot 448, Clearwater, FL 33764, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 20-29-16-03290-000-4480.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1969 Double-wide CHAT Mobile
Home, Vehicle Identification Numbers 41669 and 41669L and
Title Numbers 0003568041 and 0003568042.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to Andrew J.
