NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA005699XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CMSI REMIC SERIES 2006-05 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-05 is the Plaintiff and Bennett W. Smith; Denise S. Smith; Bayou Club Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BAYOU CLUB ESTATES, TRACT 5, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGE 92 AND 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
