NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24th, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CA-936-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AMERIS BANK, a Georgia corporation, successor in interest with, ATLANTIC COAST BANK, a Florida state-chartered commercial bank, f/k/a ATLANTIC COAST FEDERAL, is Plaintiff, and BROOKE S. JANIK, an individual; BRIGHTON JANIK, a minor; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PARTIES AND OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DAVID M. JANIK, DECEASED, are Defendants. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 26th day of June, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
