NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on May 21, 2019 in Civil Case No. 17-007243-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and F & S PROPERTIES, LLC; SCOTT J. CURRY; FAITH E. CURRY; LAUREN MANOR WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BRIANNA SARAVIA; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C, BUILDING 17, LAUREN MANOR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5743, PAGE 862, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
