NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Final Judgment of Possession, Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 2nd day of May A.D., 2019, in the cause wherein The Harold S. Bailey and Wilma A. Bailey Revocable Family Living Trust dba Star-Lite Mobile Park, was plaintiff and Ernest Arthur Rooth, Rita C. Gratton aka Rita C. Gratton Rooth (Perrier) and all other unknown occupants of mobile home, jointly and severally, were defendants, being Case No. 18-4296-CO-41 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above-named defendant, Ernest Arthur Rooth and Rita C. Gratton aka Rita C. Gratton Rooth (Perrier), who the court has found to be the legal and equitable owner in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1959 WHIT house trailer (mobile home) with vehicle identification no. 6669, title no. 9197053, and decal no. 10035165, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home or on the lot and owned by the Defendant, Ernest Arthur Rooth and Rita C. Gratton aka Rita C. Gratton Rooth (Perrier), located at 11630 Hamlin Boulevard, Lot 204, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 9th day of July A.D., 2019, at 11630 Hamlin Boulevard, Lot 204, in the city of Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's, right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Final Judgment of Possession, Damages, and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien.
