NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 14-008661-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF CHRISTINE C COURNOYER A/K/A CHRISTINE CAROLE COURNOYER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE C COURNOYER A/K/A CHRISTINE CAROLE COURNOYER, DECEASED; SHARON J. CRANDALL; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE C COURNOYER A/K/A CHRISTINE CAROLE COURNOYER, DECEASED ;CYNTHIA L. ROSADO A/K/A CYNTHIA ANN LYNN-ROASADO A/K/A CYNTHIA ANN LYNN; PAMELA M. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 26, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK G, OF BELMONT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
