REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES

The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from individuals/firms (the “Respondent”) qualified and interested in leasing City owned retail space at the Dunedin Marina. The Dunedin Marina is located at 51 Main Street, Dunedin, Fl. 34698. The space is approximately 1,000 square feet on the first floor interior of the building at that site. In addition, the site has an outside deck of approximately 600 square feet. The current tenant uses the space as a “fish market” and restaurant. Other services may be provided. The new tenant shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, supplies and capital necessary to operate a business in the space. The selected individual/firm will enter into a lease agreement with the City. The selected proposer would have to wait until November 2020 to occupy the space.

The RFP's are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
