NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2019, and entered in 18-001655-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST., is the Plaintiff and GERALD E. WRIGHT; AUDREY L. WRIGHT A/K/A AUDREY GARCIA-WRIGHT A/K/A AUDREY GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY L. WRIGHT A/K/A AUDREY GARCIA-WRIGHT A/K/A AUDREY GARCIA N/K/A KEVIN VIGOTTY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
