Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 07, 2019, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on May 21, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 978-B, ONE THOUSAND OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2380, PAGE 597, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 09, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM.
