NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 4, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018CA005494AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY ON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORP., SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1, Plaintiff, and JORGE ZUNIGA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100136300117185628); HILL PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 N/K/A Dwayne Parker; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #2, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of July, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 18 AND THE SOUTHERLY 0.99 FEET OF LOT 19, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 0.74 FEET OF SAID LOT 18, BLOCK H, HILL PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
