NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA004095, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE THIRD BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DONNA GABBARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSIE A. KENNEY; PHYLLIS MINER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JESSIE A. KENNEY; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. APARTMENT L-7, BUILDING L, THIRD BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 20, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 521, PAGES 297 THROUGH 313, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 85 THROUGH 86, AS AMENDED THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
