NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on May 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA002979000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is the Plaintiff, and VICTOR HERNANDEZ GONZALEZ; STACEY ANGELO-HERNANDEZ; BRIDGEWATER MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose. com on July 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE 6B PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 152, PAGE(S) 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
