NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA001535000000 , of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MELISSA A. TOMACHESKY; PAUL TOMACHESKY; WINCHESTER ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WINCHESTER ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC.; HIGHLAND HOLDINGS, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, WINCHESTER ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 143, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
