NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA001426000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and JOHN A. WHITEHEAD, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 36 FEET OF THE EAST 498 FEET OF THE NORTH 139 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 13D, HILLSIDE ACRES. AND THE WEST 72 FEET OF THE EAST 462 FEET OF THE NORTH 164 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
