COMBES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENYA S. COMBES N/K/A JEFFREY WILLIAMS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JAMES TOWN PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 09, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
