Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 11, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 134, OF CREEKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4447 MOSSY CREEK AVE, MULBERRY, FL 33860; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on AUGUST 8, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
