Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 06, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 126, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 3, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 19 THROUGH 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.polk. realforeclose.com, on July 11, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
