NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an order resetting foreclosure sale entered on May 23, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006081 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit and in Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein FREDERICK W. GUENTHER AKA FREDERICK WAYNE GUENTHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK W. GUENTHER AKA FREDERICK WAYNE GUENTHER; BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; MANASOTA ROOFING COMPANY, INC.; COLONIA BANK, N.A.; ROBERT MEETZE are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com On June 26, 2019 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 348 OF BENEVA RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1140, PAGE 1097, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 4001 Beneva Road -348, Sarasota, FL 34233.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
