Unit 388, Building 23, Mission Lakes of Venice, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1498, Page 783, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 24, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Richard A. Ulrich, Esq., of Ulrich, Scarlett, Wickman & Dean, P.A., at 713 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 201, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice on Plaintiff or its attorney whose name and address shall appear in, or be annexed to, said notice; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
