Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 000547 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COAST MASTER HOMES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and PALLADIO CONSTRUCTION, LLC, is the Defendant, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
“Lot 1 and 2, Block 1660, 33RD ADD TO PORT CHARLOTTE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, page(s) 17 through 17N, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.”
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 28th day of June, 2019. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
