Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 7 day of June, 2019, and entered in case No. 19-CC-738 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PARK FOUR AT LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH L. ABRAMS is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of July, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 104, PARK FOUR AT LAKEWOOD, a Condominium according to the Declaration of
Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements as recorded in O.R. Book 3809, Page 1314, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3809, Page 1512, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
