NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 31, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051447 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and HAWLEY, JAMES EAND MARIA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, LINDA DOGGETT, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 08, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 39, OF PLANTATION PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGES 63 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
