NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated entered June 3, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-5225 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF WILLIE M. DAVIS, DECEASED, THE HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIE M. DAVIS, DECEASED, are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 9, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 101.83 feet of the South 1903.66 feet of the W 1/2 of the North 3/4 of the SE 1/4, lying East Balm Riverview Road in Section 3, Township 31 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
