NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 08, 2019, and entered in 29-2016-CA-008619 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL STANISLAWEK; DANIEL STANISLAWEK, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE DANIEL AND GRETA FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 8/30/2014; GRETA STANISLAWEK; GRETA STANISLAWEK, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE DANIEL AND GRETA FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 8/30/2014; THE BELLAMY ON BAYSHORE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
