NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 1st day of May, 2019, in Case No.: 18-CA-001575 of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SHORECREST INVESTMENT FUND, LLC. is the Plaintiff and PAUL DEBAINS ENTERPRISES, LLC., AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on line at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com on AUGUST 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Unit A, Building 8415 of Phase I of MARTY-LEE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4422, Page(s) 1777, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 27, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
