NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 29, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-011673, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and VINCENT D. CRUSE; DELICIA S. CRUSE; SUNTRUST BANK; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, IN BLOCK 26, OF SOUTH POINTE PHASE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
