CA-006148 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CROSS CREEK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, N.A.; SYMMES GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
