CA-010553 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR EQUIFIRST LOAN SECURITIZATION TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and RONDAL D. RUSSELL, II; ASHLEY L. RUSSELL; RIVERWALK AT WATERSIDE ISLAND TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERSIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s).
