Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered on June 10, 2019 the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT 9372, BUILDING 19, LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14750, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on July 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. on Hillsborough County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made by 12:00 p.m. the next business day.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
