NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-006977-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and MATTHEW P. DIVITO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 10, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION-THE SUB-DIVISION “BEAUTIFUL”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
