NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-001212-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LOUISE MALONEY A/K/A LOUISE T. MALONEY, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of July, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 7 OF WHITE'S LAKE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
