NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 1, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-001585-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and HAROLD BEACH; BRADFORD N. BERNSTEIN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT PH-B, HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4285, PAGE 426, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 31 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
