NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, and entered in 17-004646-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LUCY BEDNAREK TRUST DATED JUNE 11, 1997; RONALD BEDNAREK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LUCY BEDNAREK TRUST DATED JUNE 11, 1997 ; RONALD BEDNAREK, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE LUCY BEDNAREK TRUST DATED JUNE 11, 1997; RON BEDNAREK; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LUCY BEDNAREK, DECEASED; MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC; HSBC BANK NEVADA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
