NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 24, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-002453 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is Plaintiff and ADAM L. SMITH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of July, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block “B”, Carolina Terrace, Less road over the North Lot Line, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
