NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 5, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, as Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at a public sale electronically online, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00am on July 9, 2019, the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.03(l)(A), FLORIDA STATUTES.
