NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-001820 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under or against Gretchen J. Lewis, deceased, Royal Stewart Arms, Inc, Royal Stewart Arms, Inc., No. 3, a Condominium, Tom Schleier, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 10, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 203, DUNOON BUILDING, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF ROYAL STEWART ARMS, INC., NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 9, 10 AND 11, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3250, PAGES 634 THROUGH 685 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
