NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 23, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18-004929-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN D. KOEPPEN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN D. KOEPPEN N/K/A IVONETTE VIERA KOEPPEN A/K/A IVONETTE VIERA WOODS; THE KOEPPEN REVOCABLE TRUST, U/T/D MARCH 29, 1996; LIEGE TAX LIENS LLC 18; BOARD OF COUNTY OF COMMISSIONERS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; WENDY KOEPPEN; MICHELLE E. ADKINS; KAREN HOLSTON; THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KOEPPEN REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER TRUST DATED MARCH 29, 1996; and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KOEPPEN REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER TRUST DATED MARCH 29, 1996., is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com On July 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, ANTIETAM ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 1821 Braxton Bragg Lane, Clearwater, FL 33765.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
