NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 30, 2019, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2016-CA-008967-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 17, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 71, DEERFIELD PHASE 1-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 64 AND 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
