NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note dated May 31, 2019 and entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004235-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CORRALES, MARIA M, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 30, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NANCY LEE LANE 825 FEET WEST FROM THE EAST LINE, AND 744 FEET NORTH FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 20 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 225 FEET; WEST 75 FEET; NORTH 225 FEET; EAST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA KNOWN AS LOT 41 IN UNRECORDED PLAT OF FERN ACRES SUBDIVISION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
